Fuel economy chip

Hey guys I want to get a chip for my truck to get better fuel economy. I don't need a ton more power or torque just want a little better milage. My truck is a 04 with the HO and the only thing I've done to it is remove the muffler. I don't want to have a Trans. temp gauge or worry about anything getting excessive stress due to the chip. any sugestions.

I hear the Quad XZT is supposed to be pretty good for a MPG boost and better for towing.

Very reliable and Quadzilla Power's website says "safest". Thats what I run, and I love it! Will feel a little better after getting the commander so I can tell what it does in stock, 1, 2, 3 positions. Like to know how muvh of a change it amkes in EGT, Trans, ect.

the commander is a digital unit that controls the adjustable quad modules and has gauge displays.
3 positions is the switch that the adjustable power units have.

The adjustable commander adds significantly to the cost. It has 3 settings 20hp, 40hp, and 65hp. Sounds like all you need is what I've got, just the plain xzt which is straight 65hp no adjustability. I gave $200 shipped for a used one. If you want new I'm sure you can get a good price from DTR store give them a phone call and see.

If you plan on upgrading at any time beyond a 65 HP level you need guages. Why not get a commander and Xzillaraider? The commander is cheaper by far than all the other guages you would need and it works well with the Xzillaraider or the XZT box. The XZT standalone is 20/40/65 and the Xzillaraider is 30/65/100. Call Lary at the DTR store. I bought mine VERY reasonable thru him!
