Flux 2 Nozzle Torque Specs??

Hi Don. Just wondering what to torque the nozzles down to when I swap in my new Flux 2 tips? Thanks...

37-38 ft lbs. Never go over 40 ft lbs MAX.

Hi Don. Source Automotive told me 55ft/lbs. I haven't installed them yet so I will go with your specs. Thanks.

Well I hope Source Automotive was right, because thats what I torqued mine too also. (55ftlb)

In the early days, many Bosch injectors came from the factory with high torque values. It was completely normal then, but recently the value has dropped.

We use a fixture that applies pressure to the nozzle itself while the cap is being torqued. This pre-loads the nozzle and also prevents alignment pin breakage. Doing it without the fixture is not optimal, but I really dont think it is the end of the world myself because so many have done it without the fixture now.

Got the nozzles on and the injectors in. This truck is smooth like glass!!!!! So quiet and smooth!!! Thanks for everything Don @ F1 and Aaron @ CT Performance!!!
