Fluid Damper Install ?
TTY Torque To Yield... Basically a use one type of bolt.
That's strange, I thought that when I did my Tone Ring Mod that they were grade 5 bolts. I've retightened my up & the stock dampner hasn't had a problem yet. Look at the bolts when you take them out. First look at the head to see how many lines that are on them. From what I've seen TTY bolts don't have any lines on them. But the tell tail sign is the partail thread length with a unthread portion just between the head & the bottom threads of the bolt. This area usually have a slightly small diameter than what is used for the threaded portion. I hope that it makes seens. Otherwise you google it for more info.

I have a pin kit, but not quite how I would drill the crank.
I used a Milwaukee right angle drill, and the included bit and guide. It went really well, and is inexpensive insurance...

I recently pinned mine. The best time to do this is when putting in a cam. Otherwise, I think you'd have to pull the intercooler, radiator, etc.

Thanks for that info Eric, I guess I will just put in new bolts with some locktite until I get ready to put a cam in, and pin it then.
