Has anyone else experienced not so great service from John lately. I had some issues with my truck surging when I got his Stage II pump. He sent me out another FCA, and I still have surging and very rough and extremely loud idle. Sounds like an old 12V. Anyway, I talked with John over 3 weeks ago and he said he was going to send me out another FCA and if that didn't fix my problem he'd send me out another pump. I've left numerous messages and still have no replacement FCA. My problem is that my rail pressure at idle is 2500-3000psi, and my max rp is only 22-23K at WOT with SMARTY BETA?
I've had to try not to drive the truck cause I'm afraid the low RP will kill my injectors, not to mention how embarrassing it is to pull up somewhere and my truck sounds like it's going to die any minute???

JOHN... where are you????? It's hunting season starting on Sat, and I need my truck.......

3 weeks? Get in line buddy. I've had tranny issues for 4 months. He is going to be moving and expanding with a partner in the near future. Hopefully that will take care of some of the issues.

I was with John last weekend when Marco and Bob Wagner were there all last week doing some tuning (15-16 hour days). He was very busy with that and this week he is at SEMA so he will not be in. John will get back ASAP he is just every busy. I am sure he will fix your pump issues as soon as possible. I have some work for him to do also but I know where he sits with my truck.
