Flex-a-lite truck fan

Hello I wanted to know if anyone is running the new 2003-2008 Full Size
Dodge Cummins Diesel Truck Fan Part #264. They say you will gain 27hp and better fuel mileage whit this kit. I wanted some feed back and see if this is worth it from anyone using it. Thanks

From what I have heard, you cannot tow heavy with them. This is what I was told when I wanted to get one for my old Ford.

What is their definition of heavy?. My truck and a buddy's truck will tow over 18k and the fan clucth never kicks in and temps don't get very high. I think that the clutch is not working. I have been looking into this fan for the fact that it will not be moving air when it is cold and should help the eninge get up to temps faster.
I would like to hear from someone that has the fan and tows just to see what they say.

I just put one on last week. It is a nice kit. When i would make a bunch up pulls on the dyno, the truck would get pretty warm. Now when i make a bunch of pulls, it barely gets over 200. You just need to turn the start point all the way down.

Here is the link, in a red box midway down the page it recommends no use when towing in excess of 18,000 cgvw.
