Fleetguard oil filters/LF16035 or LF3972
You'll notice that these filters always have "98.7%" because that's a function of the SAE test profile used to test filters.
I don't remember the exact specs of the ELF- I had done all the research on this awhile back.
It takes a GREAT filter to equal the Fleetguard unit, and truly fantastic one to even hope to surpass it.

Jim, that is true. Dig enough through the Fleetguard application charts/guides, and it will tell you the 16035 is the same as the 3894 except for the fluted bottom, which was designed specifically for the Dodge Ram application.
