fix for junk door design

there has to be someone around here that is good with plastics or rubber moldings that can design and manufacture some kind of air block for our doors

driving in crosswinds is totally driving me loony
my whole drive home tonight I was cussing dodge engineers.

an easy fix would be a plastic or rubber molding with two sided tape running from the bottom of the windshield all the way to the back of the cab to block the wind from pulling the door away from the cab. Im sick of wind noise

its an absolutely retarded problem to have with all the technology we have

Wind noise fix!

Just go by your Dodge deal and they have the fix. I had the same issue on the drivers side. I took it in to the deal and told them about the issue and they said there was a recall. They ordered both sides and installed them. Have not had a problem since.

Agades, if that fails get a small ratchet strap and wrap it around the grab handle on each door and ratchet till it goes away. You may have to tilt the wheel a bit. It also keep the kids from leaning forward.

i have an in house fiberglas shop and have been looking for a solution . problem to hurdle is designing something that will not interfere with the opening and closing of door.
read on another thread someone saying they had taken their truck in for the new style seals but claims it made the problem worse ?

i think what it will take is some type wind deflector to route the wind past the door cavity
