For drivablility every day the TST witl a pressure box is awsome for sheer power on the dyno TST all the way. I perssonally do not like the edge ez. To aggressive for me. It was always pver speedong my motor. I am going to see how the 80 Horse EDM, modded cp3 and helix 2 do for me before I run a pressure box agian. But if I ever do it will be ether a Van Aaken c3.1 or mabye teh sp diesel box. Not sure yet. Cliff

So you are saying just run the TST on the dyno?

Well if you get that many runs again, I would suggest start with the TST and Ramifier. Like stated above start low and make small increases until you lose HP. Then maybe add the BDDL Performance and do it again starting low. I do think that the potential for more power can be made with that type of triple stack, but really takes a lot of playing around with different combos. I don't run the downloader anymore, just don't think it makes since daily driving.

The best way to find the right combo is with DRBIII or tools that can show real time rail pressure along with drive pressure. That would make it a lot easier.

Your truck should be making more.
That issue needs to be solved before you throw anything else at it.

You should be making 525rwhp with your setup or even more.

Go through the easy issues first.
Get a manual boost gauge (if you dont already have one).

Also, I would look into getting a cp3s3 for your next dyno run at least.

Justin give me a call sometime and will talk about solutions.

Man, running three boxes just gives you way too many settings to try for the highest power. I think the highest you will see is going to be with that TST on 2/2 if you are running the other boxes on the high settings. And you are surely pushing the rail to the limit running the truck like that.
All that work on the truck and still running the stock injectors?!?! Get you some of Don Ms injectors and you will be way up there......

I know injectors and a cp3 would help, but all i'm looking for right now is 500hp or a little more. I thought that would be easy the way everyone talked, my bad luck i guess? I have no problem getting rid of one of the boxes, i just don't know which one?

I stacked three before. I got rid of the down loader and couldn't be happier. My tst is twins version. On my truck the 66 was a lag pig with 36x15.50 tires and 3.73 gears down low, but when she came on she came and wouldn't let go. With all three boxes I was seeing 66 pounds of boost. With the EZ and TST i see 55. And It is more fun to drive. 3rd Gear launches are a whole lot better. With all I have thrown at her this week she should really light the 66 up like a christmas tree. I have learned that K.I.S.S. works on my truck. Keep It Simple Stupid. To many boxes equtes to many combanations to keep up with. I don't even want to do the timing adjust function on the TST. Remember we don't have duramaxes where 3 boxes eaqules 700 horsepower.

Try keeping the torque numbers low on the TST, I did my best with TST 7x2 and BDDL on tow, I have never tried with an EZ. My TST is just the regular version, I would keep your TST settings even lower since you have the twins version and the EZ. With a SPS 66 you should be over 500 easy.

My best number was EZ level 3 and TST on 7/2......
My corrected numbers are still a little lower than I would like so I sold the EZ and now I'm looking for the box that will put me over the 500 mark corrected. BTW, I have injectors and a slightly smaller turbo and I'm still just barely ahead of you so cheer up.....

That would be the MP-8 then...!

I did see a lift pump in your sig? I bet your out of fuel, have a blown relief valve, or something else is wrong. But I agree...you settings are too high.

I don't even use a programmer and I am getting close to 600 on stock injects and CP3. Just takes lots of dynos to find the sweet spot. Maybe try the BDL on Tow, 5x2 on the TST, and a little less than 1/2 on the MP-8. (What program is the MP-8 and what order are things hooked up at the MAP sensor?
