Post Firefly

It appears the old Beta-Test of the fire fly got shut down!! Maybe we could keep this one civil!!
Has any of the beta testers from the orginal thread heard anything from Andy or Craig at SuperChips when the Beta Fireflys are goning to be shipped?
I know I have heard anything from them in two weeks.

are you going to do the beta testing? I though about it, but I remembered my warranty was still 100% in tact so I opted to not take him up on it.

Carcrz,

Well I am supposed to beta test, but haven't heard anything in a couple of weeks. I was assured the Firefly was untraceable after being taken off.
But I have heard the story before!!! Time will tell.

I don't see how anything can be undetectable anymore. But I guess if there was documentation saying so, you could make them pay for it if something went wrong.

Can't argue with that!!! I'm Hoping it's not dectable, & Learned a LONG time NOT to beleive everything I hear. I seriously doubt there is ANYTHING in writing stating that!!!

No, Haven't called yet! (That would make too much sense). I just hate to be a P.I.A. by calling & bugging if someone else had any info!

Actually I am on vacation in Hawaii & won't be home untill late Sunday. So I am not in any MAJOR hurry, just like a kid waiting for a new toy!!

I talked to Andy on Tuesday. He said there was a hold up on shipping them out and he wasn't sure when they would go out. He was supposed to call me back to let me know but he never did.

I just got off the phone with andy today! Mine is being shipped today overnight. cant wait to put this on! From what it sounds like, it is a inline chip non downloader, (like edge) that has a round gauge that will fit in a pod gauge. two gauges in one(boost and pyro) and also allows you to change the power level 1, 2 or 3. most probably already knew that, just thought i would share

I got mine yesterday but haven't even had a chance to open the shipping box yet! Hopefully I'll get to it tonight.

I have mine for about 4 months, but it has been way too cold & snowy to test much!! Here is a link to superchips website: http://www.superchips.com/product.ph...mk=625&msg=%2B

It fits a standard 2 1/6 gauge opening, I used the SRT replacement pillar. The FireFly is kinda pricey, but when you consider gauges & performance box, it's not too bad.

superchips just released a program where you can stack the firefly with the flashpaq. Anyone tried this yet?
