FASS pump getting louder!

Mine recently is getting louder too, especially on startup. My theory is that the filter is filling up and the pump is cavitating a bit. I'm swapping filters this weekend. Hopefully it will quiet down again.

Do you have the FASS or HPFP? Might try the 5 gallon bucket test to see if you pump quiets down....check my sig for the trouble shooting manual. If it helps i would suggest looking at our suction tube kit for your truck. This has helped many.......
If you have the HPFP....check the filters.........stock and the Prefilter.
