Fass Mounting ?

Hello I just bought a early 04 single cab 2500 long bed. I bought a new titanium fass 150 and when I went to install it i ran into a problem. I could not find a single place to drill the holes to bolt on the mount. I tried the cab mount but there looks like there is no way to get the nuts on the inside of it to bolt it on and it will only allow enough room for 2 of the bolts. the bed support wont work because the fass hits the bottom side of the bed. and the leaf spring hanger I just cant seem to picture how to put the template on the backside of it since that is the only way to drill it but it has to be bolted to the front of it if you know what i mean. Any input is greatly appreciated. Its killing me having this pump and no way to put it on.

Where did you end upo mounting it?
I have 04 and the FASS tianium 95 and had it installed by a great shop yesterday. However it hangs way low for my comfort. It is on the frame, behind cab. They said they would remount I just don't know where. By the way they welded the plate vs drill. Let me know what you come up with.
