TUGUM, how about sharing this "lawsuit" info for all of us? Post a link or a web address where this can be found 'cause that's the first I've heard of it, and I'd be the first one to say thanks and take my lift off and replace it with something else if there was a problem. It sounds to me like maybe your shop was trying to install or sell a kit that wasn't designed for the diesel or had some wrong info. To the best of my knowledge these kits just came out for the diesels this year.
EDIT: My u-bolts fit just fine.........

Bradleysram, I think the 4.5" lift would rub with my wheel setup. I had to trim my airdam straight down because it would rub where it (airdam) made the turn towards the frame. The rear of the fender has about an inch or so of clearance. It may make it but I think it would rub when the wheels articulate over bumps and turning into driveways.
what i was saying about "lawsuit" is they are not going to admit any problems
because they dont want a lawsuit. also i would say if your ubolts fit fine they
probbley fixed the problem btw the way i'm not a shop i'm a distibutor and theirs only one part# for a 5in pc for 2500-3500 ram.
