I just ordered a set of springs from you a week or two ago and have not received them yet, but I've noticed the price has dropped another $100+ dollars since I purchased?

Not trying to cause a big stink, but It just seems like I should be able to get a few dollars refunded as my springs are still at your shop?

Cant blame a guy for trying these day can you fellas?

I have looked back and cant find any orders that have not shipped yet.

Can you tell me who you ordered them through? I have a ton of springs in stock, but no orders or address to ship em to for anyone that has not already shipped. Can you call your dealer and follow up with them?

Ya I ordered from Llyod Mills @ Atlantic Diesel. He said I would need to get with you to see if a refund of some kind could be worked out. I was told by Llyod, or was it Lazar Smith (?) that the parts I ordered were at your shop waiting until I received the head studs? So from what I was told last was that they were still at your shop. I got an email from Llyod today saying he received the headstuds and he would send them soon. Llyod also said that he had already sent/placed his order with you and the difference would need to be agreed upon by you...or something like that.

Im working it out. one of the parties involved is stuck in jury duty.

 

Jury duty explains why he's been out. Hopefully he wont be stuck in there too long, jury duty is horrible!

I have been in touch with Don and his wife about the cam and springs. However, I am not sure if you had noted in the previous email from October 13th I had asked for a shipping address since you had mentioned that they would be shipped direct to Lazar Smith. I never received the address to forward to Don. I do still have the one for you which is a Dallas Tx address. Unless I received the one for Lazar, I will have them sent direct to you.

 

I guess lets go ahead and ship the parts direct to me. Im not sure of his address, and It might be a bit before he finishes one of the trucks he's working on. That and I'd like to take a look at what the parts look like.
