Could someone tell me the difference between the stage 1 and stage 2 for the 05 cummins? Do they have a place to reconnect the wire for the emision thingy? Where would be the best deal to get one? Thanks.

 

Stage 1 intake basically replaces the filter box and filter. Stage 2 does that as well, but also includes the torque tube. The torque tube replaces the assembly that moves air from the filter to the turbo. It's shape allows more air to flow more quickly to the turbo.

Most here will also upgrade to the Pro-Guard 7 filter.

You will be able to relocate the MAF sensor regardless of Stage 1 or Stage 2.

 

Stage 1 is filter mount with 4" inlet filter, you can add a torque tube but is only 4"

The Stage 2 is different from the stage 1 in more than just torque tube.
The tube for the stage 2 is integral and has a larger mouth thats starts in the tube itself.
The filter inlet is 6" and filter itself is larger.
Stage 2 also has an enclosed case around the filter including the top which the stage 1 does not have.
