which exhaust manifold?

ok since there is more than one exhaust manifold on the market now, which one is better and why? also is this a pretty straight forward install? any issue's i need to consider... like bolts that are a pita or do i need to order extra parts like gaskets? i am contemplating doing the exhaust manifold rather than drill into the stock piece to add my pyro.

I wouldn't spend the money on a manifold unless yours is cracked.

You can do it yourself or pay maybe 50 bucks to have it tapped, and you don't have to remove it.

Wait till you crack it or get twin turbos to replace the manifold.

Benifit / Buck = wasted $$$$

If thats true whats with all the hoopla about burning up number 6 piston because of the stock exhaust manifold? I am looking to do a turbo upgrade and if i knew that it didnt matter if i replaced the manifold I would sure spend that 500 elsewhere. Some other please chime in. Thanks

It's number 5, not 6. I still have the stock exhaust manifold.

i would not go thru the trouble to replace it just for the tapped pyro, now if you upgrade turbo it is best to replace the manifold too.
