They are OK, just be sure to read the procedure on decarboning and lubricating the valve on that particular unit. Unlike the better (and more expensive) units that mount to the turbo outlet, these clamp down in the tailpipe just ahead of the cat. That makes them run cooler which tends to carbon the butterfly bushings and then they stick the valve.
If you can swing the cost difference, look to www.bd-power.com for their unit that replaces the elbow from the turbo. It will be much more trouble free.
