error 9 when uploading smarty?

error 9 when uploading smarty?
ok i tried to upload my smarty today and it wont allow me to i get an error 9 and it puts the truck back to stock? anyone else have this issue thanks

ok error 9 must be an insuffieceint voltage from the truck sitting over night and it being cold. but now i gotan error 1 but that must be from the lift pump i just installed a new fuel boss pump so i disconnected the stock pump and we;ll see what happens

figured it out it was from the lift pump being plugged in so unplugged it then plugged it back in and from the voltage being low. after that all is good.
