Anyone know all of the performance boxes that can output performance readings to a computer?

I am in the mood for a box that can output EGT, Boost, Trans Temp, and Fuel Pressure to a PC for display of real-time readings (rather than an Attitude Monitor, X-Monitor, etc...) and I would like to know my options.

I have this nifty PC in my truck and I'd sure hate to add more gauges or displays....

Anyone done this before?

It is still a work in progress. I am going to modify the bezle a little more to make it look factory. There are a bunch of software and hardware tweaks I still need to do also. Overall I am very happy with how it works. With a computer and a bunch of time, the list of options is endless....
