I had my Edge Juice/Attitude installed for about 2 days before the screen went blank and did not work until I turned the truck off and restarted. This happened twice in the first week it was installed. No biggie...Ill just call Edge and they will straighten it right out. They said you probably have a bad lcd screen. Send it back and we will fix it right up. They also said I could send back my juice because there was an update. Well....it cost me $18 to ship insured UPS, for a defective product that was defective from Edge. So now I get back my juice attitude with a letter stating that everything was fixed and passed all bench tests. After re-installation, the problem re-occured in the first five minutes and occurs constantly now. So now I know I will get.....Just send it back and we will take a look at it. Cool.....another $18 of my money for their p.o.s. screen. I know everybody raves about Edge Customer Service but I give them a 2 out of 10. The guy I called was not very helpful, did not seem like he gave a crap, and was not very knowledgable about their product. This time....I will tell them I want a new attitude shipped to me, and a pre-paid shipping label to sent the old one back. Sorry about the rant and rave but I am a little upset. When the juice/attitude work...I really like it alot. Thanks.
Edge has been good to me. If you get the slightest run around, lay it down nice and firm. I was having A2 monitor problems for a while. I finally called and said look Im tired of this. 17 hours later a brand new unit was on my door step. Thats a $1200 monitor.
Edge ended up buying it all back from me cause it never did work right but that was right after the A2 was released. I later owned Juice/Attitudes and LOVED them.
Keep up with them and stay on their case. They will make it right.

I always had good service, mine came with a cracked screen, called them up, gave them the registration number and asked if they could send me a new unit, and id send them the old one back when I recieved it, so I could still use the attitude(3/4s of the screen worked fine) till I got the replacement. They sent me the new one, with a return label, and I sent my back.

When sending back Edge products, just ask them to "Cross ship" they will want a credit card # incase you never send back the defective part. That way you get to use the product till the new one shows up with a return label. I remember dealing with Edge back in 2001 with my 24v Dodge when it was just a few guys that picked up the phone and talked to you. Aaron was the best at the time. Now they are just plan big and owned by MSD.
