Edge Juice w/ Attitude Problems...please help
Edge Juice w/ Attitude Problems...please help
Just finished installing an Edge Juice Module with CS Attitude monitor. Pretty standard install, everything plugged up and wired in except the EGT probe which is wired but not installed.
Fired the truck up and it ran fine. Messed with the gauges, everything seemed to work fine. Set up to show boost, egt, fuel pressure. After about 5 minutes of it running the check engine light comes on. Using the diagnostic feature I check the codes. They are
P0237: turbo low imput
P0193: fuel rail pressure
P0882: TCM power signal
I'm going over the harness to make sure everything is plugged up tight but I'm affraid to drive it because I don't want to damage it.
Truck specs: 04 Cummins 305, Auto.

...somewhat solved
Plugged and unplugged all the connectors. Went over everything with electrical connector cleaner and erased the codes and now no codes. BUT... I cannot seem to get any JUICE out of the juice. All power levels seem the same and on the monitor I always see 100% backdown percentage which according to the monitor description it means stock fueling. Should I not be seeing more than stock fueling? Operating temps were up, all other gauges read within specs. Truck feels like a stock truck, big power loss from my Superchips programer.

One more update. A friend let me use his old style attitude monitor, the silver one. Plugged it up and I can tell the Juice works now. The Juice Module was purchased used and I got a new CS upgrade monitor for it. The CS Attitude shows to be compatible with the module according to the Edge charts and it works in all respects except controling the Juice programing. Anyone have any input?
I guess I'd see if Edge will check it out for you. Maybe someone sold it cuz it had problems. I switched to TST last summer and I had several problems cuz not everything on my truck is origonal configuration. The aftermarket lift pump causes A/C and lift pump gremlins when using the PMCR R49 (turbo cooldown and all the other bells and whistles) and I had to experiment where the lift pump was grounded til the problems went away. I'm still battling long crank times and I think the relocated batteries might have something to do with that. Just saying... these thing can be very fussy about other mods! Craig
Did you get it new or used. I had problems with the CTS monitor, I called edge and they replaced it. It will stay in back down mode until water temp hits 170*
then it should shut off.
then it should shut off.
The CS was new, the module was used. Came with a toggle switch so I got the upgrade CS. I'm going to factory reset the CS and try again to see if it helps, if not I'm calling Edge tomorrow.
