Edge Juice down load left on truck when sold?
I just found out that the previous owner of my truck had the Edge Juice with the Attitude monitor. He apparently for got to set it back to the stock setting when he sold it
. Does that mean he can't use his Edge now? Or can more than one person use a Edge programer for their trucks? Load what ever setting on all your buddies trucks?

Do you still have the monitor and edge box? The system is plug and play, no downloading of anything (not a programer like the Smarty)

There is no box on the truck. The previous owner has it and will sell it to me for 400$ is that a good deal? The previous owner said he only had the juice on the truck no other performance programers. I had a Edge on my 04.5 so I know what to look for. I'm the second owner so the only thing we could come up with is He forgot to set it back to stock.

400$ sounds pretty good, I paid 600$ for mine used. Once the box is gone the power is gone, everything is bone stock when removed

Theres no need to set the attitude or EZ/Juice back to stock before pulling it off. His edge will work fine on another truck, its not a downloader that requires the truck to be returned to stock(and the program loaded back on the downloader) before putting it on another truck.
As for the $400 bones, seems like a decent deal.
Itll hold you over for a while till you get some guages too...

Ok!!!! I think you'all are right. The previous owner said the Edge was all he put on the truck had to return it twice before it would work right. Butttt this truck came from IDAHO from you know where. Maybe they put something on it. What's the name Dr P? Maybe I need to study up on that downloader. Wonder if the dealer would tell me if they did download something on this truck?

Any one get a downloader from a dealer when you bought your truck? I contacted the dealer but the person to talk to was not there yesterday. If the previous owner didn't do it, who else but the dealer. If the dealer did it which down loader is the most likely for a tow/haul mod.

why do you think there is another program on there other than stock? The original owner said he only had the edge on there and when you remove it the truck is at stock settings.
Yeah, what he said...! Based on those dyno numbers in your signature (kinda hard to decipher, by the way), your rig is defintily stock.
He's actually a smidge above stock. Stock is 325HP 610TQ but you'd be lucky to get that at the wheels. I'm running 390HP 856TQ with smarty on #3. There's something on it if he's getting 350 HP.

Peak HP is at 2500rpms 342hp.
Sorry about the hard to decipher. The dyno numbers are not peak hp. Peak HP was 345hp at 2500rpms. From what I know and the reputable shop that did the dyno stock hp is 275ish. So there's a few extra ponies on this truck. Where they come from is the question.
