I have the juice "hot" flashed with intake and stock exhaust. I cannot see over about 1350-1380 on level 5 pulling a grade with my skid steer. I can only hit my 1350 warning running 0-100 mph just as I am about to let out. Before my juice was hot flashed, I couldn't hit 1350 if I tried. I could pull my 12k 5'ver up black mountain and still only see around 1240-1250. I can easily hit 38-42 lbs boost with stock turbo. Sounds like a good possiblity your turbo is taking a

Sounds like the electronic acuator is toast. Clamp off the rubber hose leading to the wastegate. This will fix your boost problem. I just had the same problem as you.

Would this have anything to do with the LOW BOOST fuel adjustment? Does fuel mileage go down whether you have low boost fuel on 1-5? or does it just spool turbo faster? If i go 80% throttle roughly I wont set any alarm off in any level. Just when I mash pedal to floor? How much smoke should I see on all levels 0-6, and will it be worse if previous owner had put a programmer on it?
See what im thinking is that a previous owner left it programmed and by me adding the juice im actually stacking now? causing high egts?

You need a larger than stock Turbo to Support the Hot" juice to Avoid EGT issues

Sounds like you are having the same problems I had about a month ago. Let me guess, you can hit 28 psi and it backs down to 25 no matter what power setting your on. You have no problem building boost 25 psi but cant seem to get any higher regardless of how hard you mash the throttle. You are about the 20th 05 Dodge with Edge ATT or similar box with this same problem. I believe the box's are killing the electronic wastegate acuators on our 05's. I simply clamped off the rubber hose leading to the wastegate and this solved all boost and egt problems till I can get my new actuator put on. Wardy70 also did this solving his egt and boost problems.
