at the beginning of summer i was reading about the problems with the k&n filters so i picked up eaau4070 ams oil air filter, every 1 seemed to recomend it or at least the ea filters. Its a little shorter than the k&n wich was what i wanted because the k&n was to long and rubbed a hole im my a/c line. I took it off the other day when i was changing the oil to clean it wasnt verydirty but figured i would. There was also dusty dirt in my intake tube, nothing big but if you rubbed your finger on it came back dirty. is this expected and is all right or is it a junk filter. Is there a filter that will filter better?

 

I change to AFE and had better results.
