Dyno numbers!! Please Help

Hey guys got my truck dynoed today and it did 418hp and 828ftlbs..please help in figure out why so low? the hp curve went up to 400 and flattened out every time? ill will try to get graph up tonight. Could i have a going out cp3 or what? truck has 123 k on it? Thought i would be easy up into the 500's?

that does sound reallt low. i got 431 1066 with whats in my sig. stock turbo and stock sticks.

45 psi but here is the kicker when i first installed my twins i was pegging the 60 psi gauge i had bot now i can get it past 45psi..since the twins did a arson kit and the raptor and the mp-8..

You need more fuel. Do you have heads studs?

have you checked to see if you have a boost leak? adding more fuel can make the boost go down, but not by that much i wouldn't think

no i dont have studs.. i do have a boost leak but its verry small not enough to make it drop 15 psi. maybe if boot was off lol..

Cross contamination, pressurized coolant system. Look for air bubbles in the coolant overflow. That's all I can think of right now.

hmm sounds very low you should be around 500 id say. how was the smoke? was it more than normal? with those twins if you had more black smoke you could have a boost leak

no the smoke cleaned up... thats why i was thinking it ran out of fuel? was thinking cp3??? not sure

yeah maybe your injectors everything else in the system should be up to par. did you make sure your fuel pump was working? i see you have a rp gauge but no fp gauge. the cp3 will still suck fuel maybe your filters are dirty or maybe the lift pump wasnt working?
