Dynamat
After reading this article I think I'll stick with the RAAM Audio. Seems to be a pretty good bang for the buck.

I put the brown bread in the old 99 CTD. it worked well and I only needed one roll, 50sf. I have another roll, bought two did not know how much I needed. When I get around to it, I will do the 04.
I have used B-Quiet and brown bread. I think they quit making it and have replaced it with something similar. I have also used the dynomat extreme. Best bang for the buck is from b-quiet. A box of dyno extreme is 36sf and ranges in price from 179-259(depending on where you get it) the brown bread was like 139 for 50sf. I used one box of dyno extreme 36 sf and one roll of brown bread 50sf and one box of the brown bread replacement another 50sf. The specs between brown bread and dyno extreme are very close.
I did the outer skin inside of the doors, the inner of the inside door panel and the outer skin of the inside door panel, the back wall 3 layers and the rear floor 2 layers and the front floor 2 layers under the seats and from there up firewall 3 layers. I also did as much as could reach in the cowl opening under the hood for the fresh air intake, that thing is a cave. It did make a definitley noticable improvement but it is far from quiet.

I used the Quiet Car in my Honda. It does make a big difference but i only used it on the horizontal surfaces.( I used Dynamat on the vertical and roof.)
I would still recommend it though and I'll be doing another layer on the floor when it warms up a bit.
