dual line from CP3 to rail

other than a hose and fittings that will handle 30 000 psi what else is included in these kits? Is this not something I could just have made up localy at a hose shop???

The I I second supply line is a custom jobby from Europe....But it is a flexible line. If you have a Diesel Fuel Injection repair shop locally they could probably make you up a rigid supply line that will work for you....30,000 psi is a whopping amount of pressure to mess around with. ks

Yes I agree its not to be messed with. I have a ton of truck shops and industrial hydrolic shops near me so I just figured I could probably have it made localy for much less.

Not to sound like a moron, but I take it the dual lines just gives you more fuel flow without having to up the pressure?

Syn. The rail line is made from Parker polyflex 2440D-03U37 4.7mm, 3/16". The fittings on the ends are two females the same as what fits on the CP3. the clamping surface of the fitting is 50mm or 2 inches long and has 8 compression marks then it was ground down in a couple of spots for some reason....maybe had the company name on it or something. Then there is one adapter to take the female to a male that fits in the pressure relief threaded hole. The diameter of the hole is about the same size as a pen refill.....tiny for the size of the line....pretty much the same as the relief valve. The line is 33" long and the adapter adds another inch. I just checked the invoice and freaked. $250 for turbo housing $350 for dual line ....then I remembered I got a custom ATS manifold at the same time....the dual line was free with my Super CP3.4. Did you price the dual line kit at Ind. Inj. ? KS

why can't you just plum up a hydraulic line setup. I am sure the hydraulic pressures that these lines see from machinery far exceed 30,000 psi.

most of our forklift line at work is 6,000 psi.
I would try a hose shop.
