Dual CP3's and rail pressure question
Dual CP3's and rail pressure question
When you get dual CP3's, do you still need like an MP8 to keep the pressure up? I love my MP8 and don't want to give it up for anything. BUT, I don't want to put too much pressure through the injectors.
If I do duals, I'll keep the stock injectors so I can dyno it and see what 2 CP3's are worth before I upgrade them.

The twin pumps will supply what the ecm demands. Even with twin pumps it will only go to about 24k unless you have a programer or press box fooling it into asking for more. The beauty of twin pumps is they will not drop off compared to singles or modded pumps when you turn things up. I run a beta smarty only on the street and it maxs about 26k at wot. Tim
I'm glad you chimed in Tim, your the guy I'll want to get my injectors from. I have no idea what size yet. But I'll probably do injectors and springs at the same time after the CP3's go on the dyno.
You da man Tim!!
I'm dropping some money on my suspension so it'll probably be next spring. I'm still sporting the BD twins. When I need more air, I got a nitrous kit ready to go on.
