Dual Cp3 Install = Spiked Egts At Random
Installed a dual cp3 kit and now my EGT's spike up and down instantly while driving. They will be at 900 then bounce up to 1300*.
Other than that the truck runs great.
I believe it must be a bad connection. But where? I went through most of the connections and everything seems tight.
Rail pressure doesn't spike like the egt's. It goes up when I accelerate and goes back down when I let off. It seems normal.
The new belt squeeks. Any way to fix that?

A friend just did a turbo install and the EGT probe became faulty after removing it from the manifold. It sounds like yours was acting weird like the one I worked on. We replaced the probe and everything was fine again. The original probe was siezed in the fitting. It was an isspro setup also.
