DTT or NADP Tranny

I need to get a new tranny and I'm between DTT and NADP. The reason I'm going with them is because they are both located in western canada. The NADP is abit cheaper for the race tranny, and I can get one built sooner. Has anyone had any experience with eather company? I will be going with a full race tranny and tc.

I'm running DTT and have zero complaints about it. Shifts are nice and smooth but firm, holds the power without even a hint of breaking a sweat, and 10psi launches do nothing more than burn my 35's to the ground. It's a very nice tranny. I'm very happy with it.

I am going with DTT when i do mine. Ive done alot of research on different types of trans. and DTT just seems to be the best to deal with they can take huge power and not alot of warranty issues from what im told.

I've got DTT. Like them cause they are local to me too. I have only had it in for a few months but it has been great so far. The customer service has been great as well, they are very helpfull to their customers. It has worked great at the track too.

I had NADP build me a their race tranny with an ATS standalone VB that I used to convert my truck to an auto. The service was excellent, and Barry went the extra mile to make sure I was taken care of. So far the tranny has been AWESOME.

Hmm I should of put up a poll. Looks like its pretty much a flip of a coin. I'm leaning towards NADP mostly because of 3 days to build a tranny and have it on my door step a day or two after. That and they are in alberta so I would save PST vs dtt are in bc.

So far my tranny has been excellent, I am putting fairly decent power through it and no complaints. Shortly after I bought it I had a problem, turned out to be a problem with the Mag Hytec pan, let some air , cavitated, NADP had a tranny to me overnight, and in my truck the next day,, cant complain about service like that... PG call either George or Kelly in GP,, tell them I sent ya,, they will give you deal.

like my dtt very much .. especially when you really get on her !! shift through the gears like no tomorrow .. WOW ! they are very helpfully when you call them ... the tranny is very hard to get used if you are used to the stock one .. but once you do .. you will never go back !! two thumbs up for dtt .. and yeah they are very close to me too

Mine shifts like a stock tranny when you are just driving it around, but when you go for it, it shifts nice and firm

i have installed many NADP transmissions for different people and they have all been very nice units. NADP has always treated me very well in all of the dealings we have had. they also have some very fast trucks up there Barry really has built some fast trucks.
