wow, first I've read about that. I have mine still sitting at Don's to be shipped/installed. Anyway, I would say that its possible that your AD100 might not be flowing enough, but if thats the case then Im in for a new pump as well. Im running the stock CP3 and a GDP392, so I would think that the AD100 and GDP 392 are similar in output....but maybe not.

Maybe some of the more knowledgeable members will chime in soon......I'll be following this one.

How is the rail pressure acting. Is it holding up ok?

Did you have stock injectors before?

How did you find that out?

When we talked before, didn't you say that you had a FP gauge, and that you had good FP?

Well from what I've read on here you need to monitor your FP and RP to be able to find out where the lack of fuel is coming from. Makes sense that if the FP is good, that the rail pressure must be lacking and therefore your pump cant hang.

I would think gettting the fuel pressure issue cleared is the first step.

Going from a stock injector to a 2.5 is a big step. Certainly it should be easily noticed.

Yes Don is the man behind the F1 products. If they are not right, which they should be, Im sure he'll help you fix them. I'd look at your fueling problem first.

BTW, what type of light are you refering to that comes on when the FP is below 5psi? Is this something that is on the 03-04 555's too?

My 2.5's barely smoke unless I set the truck to kill... only a slight haze when the motor is cold...
