Don M flux 2 injectors
All right my new motor is almost wrapped up and had to pick the injectors and since that is the number one problem with these trucks I decided to go with Don M because I have never heard anything bad about his injectors. But I was wondering with all the cracked injectors and leaky ones has there ever been any problems with the Don M flux 2 100hp injector for the common rail. Also how many people are running them and what should I watch out for. I cannot afford anthor rebuild on this motor as they are not cheap. I went ahead and went with the Don m Flux 2 injectors, pro street puller 66, cam, Don M valve springs, arb head studs, airdog fuel system, with edge juice and maybe the bullydog if I need it to pull, and the haisley dual disc street puller clutch. I think I should have a pretty wicked setup then when I get the money and stage 2 cp3.

The Flux 2's I just installed were one of the best single mods to date. They knocked almost .7 off my 1/4 mile time, helped with spool-up, and burn really clean (zero smoke at WOT).

You also have TWO turbos, so you have nothing to worry about. The A3k is not a very big turbo and we're talking around 600hp of fueling. Dyno runs have shown that Don's ratings are on the conservative side. I know a truck with a Smarty that the 1.8 showed 110hp on the dyno. We're expecting 90+ out of them on my truck.

Sloverado I would love to see what the smoke factor & egts look like with your truck towing 10,000 lbs with 3.5 fluxs and a single 66, 10k seems like a decent load to me how far and how long did you pull ?

There was min smoke with Smarty on 1 and Flux 3.5's. I run a singe stage 2 Floor It pump but will be going to twin pumps this month. With the ProStreet 66 on a big hill it would hit 1100-1200 but stayed in at around 800 most of the time. That is the heaviest load I have pulled with thes inj. That was 320 mile trip.
