Don I need your help

I have injector problems. They are being removed tomorrow and I will be sending them to you shortly thereafter. The problem is that I dont know how to get into touch with you and find out more. I was hoping I could go with Flux 1.8's. I dont have a modded pump as of right now though. I know that your the man to talk to about this. I had alot of diesel dumped into the oil a couple days ago and I use my truck for my buisness and I cant afford for it to be down to long, but I guess I will wait and see if I can get into touch with you,Thanks Jeremy

I answered your question in another thread where you asked it, but dont remember what thread.

Go to his website and call one of his dealers. I recomend, Tim Barber, Lloyd Mills, or John Isaacs.

You can run 1.8s on a stock pump. But will drain the rail with heavy duration.

With your stock turbo don't go over flux 1's. You will create too much heat. I didn't see a turbo in your signature so that is what I am basing my decision on.

You can always send them back in if you upgrade the turbo later.

You need to go to F1's website, pick one of his contacts on there. Phone them, then they get hold of Don. Then who ever you pick, phones you back when Don is ready to have a look @ your injectors. Then sends them back to you. I have been told he busy. I dealt with Source Auto, Bill got hold of Don, told him whats up, Don got the parts already/stocked up, then got the call to send them. It took about a week turn around from Alberta to Texas & back.

Good info han solo.

May have to do the same if the cleaner doesn't clear up the leaking injector (white haze) I'm having at the moment.

Yep. Starting this weekend while on a 600 miles trip.

Luckly it's just a haze and haven't seen any evidence of diesel in the oil...yet.

Is there any truth to our injectors geting weak at 80,ooo. I read somewhere that our injectors usually go out at about that mileage? Who has more than 80,000 on there stock injectors and have been running a chiped up truck. I was told that a certain pressure box made my injectors fail, of course I ran it all the time.OOPS

I have 134,000kms on truck, about 83,000miles. Don said the injectors were in good shape. Hope this helps.

So far mine seems fine. My truck is about to turn over 100K and for the last 50K I have run Smarty on level 9. The last 25K I have run the MP-8 on it also at 100 percent. Don is definately going to check out my injectors and give me an assessment of them when I finally go to Flux's.

I am not suggesting for anybody to do as I do, mind you. I am just give you my experience (luck) with it so far on the original and stock injectors.

Personally, I believe the GDP 2 micron additional filter is saving them.

Robert, you're living dangerously running the MP-8 at 100% all the time!!

Going to add a 2 micron kit when I do the injectors.

No argument from me... But I can't turn the MP-8 down. It just runs better all the way up.

I am kinda curious how the injectors are doing and will look when I do the Flux's. My stock trans wasn't supposed to hold up to 35K miles of Smarty on level 9 either.., even with some drag racing and a sled pull.

..

I first installed a quad racebox on my truck (pressure mostly) with 900 on the clock. At about 51-52,000 I sent mine to done and all checked out ok. I have been runnin beta 4.4 (adds pressure, or at least ramps up very fast) for many thousands of miles so its safe to say I did at least 50k with pressure. BUT I have also had a 2mk filter for most of those miles too, along with the factory 7mk filter and a (I think) 30mk filter in line.
