When I ordered my 05 dually new, 265/70/17 was an option from the factory. So no you don't need spacers. Don't think brand would have any effect, but not 100 percent sure on that.

This is 265's on my dually with a 1/4" spacer.You could get by with no spacer but for $15 you get a little added spacing.
