DIY H2O/Meth

These are some pics of the water/meth system I designed; sorry for the multiple posts! (I only know how to attach one pic/post ):

This is the 10 gallon tank that mounts where the muffler used to be. It has a SS mesh filter, level sensor, tank vent, and filler cap that says "Diesel Only" ! (It was leftover after I installed a locking one for the #2 tank). It mounts to the frame crossmember with rubber isolaters, and will light the "refill" LED when there's about a quart left.

This is the stainless steel grate/cover for the refueling access hole in the bed floor:

The "Diesel Only" cap sits about half an inch below it...

... and the multi-stage boost-activated switch logic control unit for the H2O/Meth and NO2 injection systems:

It incorporates 3 solenoids (NO2 not shown), 3 Hobbs switches, injection pressure gauge, dyno-boost gauge (not shown), custom injection manifold w/IP return/bypass, and Schrader valve Hobbs adjuster.

The NO2 fogger is on the pre-CAC and the water/meth jets are plumbed into the intake manifold bosses.

Nice work XLR8R!

You must have a controls background

What are you using for a pump and where is it located? What kind of level sensor are you using?

How did you know?

All my ex's said I was very controlling, too!

The (pressure washer?) injection pump is rubber-mounted to the frame next to the SS tank where the muffler used to be... sensor is a standard reed-type magnetic non-conducting liquid-tight.

You know things are complex in the cab when he even requires a co-pilot on dyno runs to help monitor all of the gauges.
