difference between fuel boss & mitusa
well like the title says, I'm curious what the difference is between the fuel boss and the mitusa lift pumps. Who has been switching from electric lift pumps to one of these mechanical pumps.
Im switching from a electric pump to the Mitusa as soon as Opie gets back home on the 7th and I cant wait... Only a couple differences in the systems....
the Mitusa comes as a stand alone system as the Fuel Boss comes with the electronics to start the truck with the factory fuel system, you can get the electronics with the Mitusa if you so chose but they are not needed.
The Mitusa is cheaper than the Fuel Boss and even with the electronics its still cheaper!!

so how does the mitusa start the truck if it does not use the intank pump. Keep us informed on the pump when you get it. I am very curious about it and would like to read an install and performance write-up. Thanks for the info.
I have the Mitusa in my 05, without the stock in tank pump, and I don't have any problems starting. As soon as the pump is turning it's supplying fuel. It supplies enough fuel for me to run 11.08's in the 1/4 mile, and I just have the standard Mitusa, not the gusher.
