Did I blow my intercooler?
I was coming home today from a 1200 mile round trip and started feelin a vibration in my skinny pedal and shifter but not my steering wheel. I installed a rokktech halfway through the trip and was impressed at how well the engine ran, both smooth (not knock or rattle) and powerful. I drove around a hundred miles in town and then today 300 miles into the trip home I notice the vibe after I got fuel. The only reason I ask about the cooler is that I am boosting around 42 or so pounds on wot and quad cut off and I dont remember it pushing that hard but maybe I just haven t noticed before. The truck feels very strong and I cant find anthing under the hood (blown hoses etc). Maybe the vibe was there all along and I just noticed it today but I am goin to set he rokk back to stock and see what happens. Also I am throwing a p0088 again even after the reflash, when I felt the vibration I went from 60 to stock and my cel light came on as did the code but the vibration stopped. Thanks for any help.

if you blew your cooler, you would not be able to get much in the way of boost pressure. leaking boost would not cause vibration, just loss of power and possible a whistle.

I kind of figured I would know if I blew it but a leak was the only think I could think of to let it boost that much. But after thinking about it a leak could do nothing but loose bost. I just dont ever remember getting anything more than 32lbs of boost.
