Lol i know the tech that had work on my 05 looked at it and it was in there cause my seat stopped working.and it was under warranty.he drove when he saw all the gauges he was like heck you got on this thing.

Im going to send this guy a pm on diablo sport in a little while i know a little dealer down the way from me that will let you slide through for a hand shake and a few bills from your hand to theirs. LOL.

dont they have to prove it was the programmer or box that actually directly caused the problem to legally void your warranty?

Legally yes, but that is the problem. They have lawyers on payroll and lots of money. You have to fight them and unless you are an attorney, your not gonna spend the money to fight because it'll drain your bank account.
