Day time running lights
I saw a truck today that had some very bright headlights. I think they were some kind of running light kit because the park lights were not on. Anyone hear of a kit like this. They may have been HID.

Yeah, we all have daylight running lights in Canada as it is the law. I am sure that I have read there is some sort of way that the dealer can enable the running light option in the US.

I may be wrong but I think the Bully dog Tri dog can turn them on too. I know you can adjust the time they stay on after you kill the truck.

Yes you can have running lights with some versions of the triple dog.

What about with HIDs would they work the same.

They should. HID's kits always have power, they just receive a signal from the factory plug.
