Custom Wheels

New to the site, so first of all... Hi!

I have a 2004 Dogde Dually. Standard wheel size is 17" x 6". I have found several aftermarket wheels but all are 17x6.5. I cannot find a steel 17x6.5 inner rear wheel anywhere. Plans are to put 35" mudders on them if I can find them.

Other option is 19.5" x 6.75" wheels. Problem with this is, not many options on large tires.

Any ideas? Any help would be appreciated.

Brad

Toy, You will need about 2 inch steel spacers between the wheels. The spacers with studs are about $400. ks

I am about to put 305/70/17s on mine they measure 33.9x12.4, 315 bfg ats are 34.5x about the same, so for 3-400 dollars less I bought buckshots, I was unable to locate any h2 take offs.

I am having the Driv Don installed
http://www.mhtwheels.com/wheel.cfm?brand=7&cat=88

I will be running Nitto Mud Grapplers http://www.nittotire.com/tires_mudgrappler.asp

Any body see a problem? I am also installing 3" spacers instead of 2"

Thanks

Are those wheels for a Dodge 17" wheel hub. If you are using stock steel on rear they will fit over the hub but the fronts could be tight over the 17" wheel hub. Not all 17 inch wheels fit our hubs because of the backspace and rotor size. What are their weight ratings? Some of these wheels are geat looking but lightweight. Big Nittos will have a rounded profile on this small width rim. You will have to play with the air to get them to run even. Check the tire specs to see what rim width they require. Other than that they are bling bling ks

abc4yew,

Well if the guy at the tire store did his job right, then the wheels are for a 17" Dodge hub. Guess we will see tomorrow. No fit, no pay.

I have been trying to find a 17x6.5 for the inner rear so I could go with Weld Racing Velociti 8 wheels, but no luck. My only choice was to have them made for $600 a pair. For steel wheels? I don't think so. Still willing to change my mind if anyone here knows where to get a 17x6.5 inner rear steel wheel.

I already have a 2.5" leveling spacer for the front. I was talking a 3" rear wheel spacer. I am having the wheels, tires and spacer installed at a local Big Brand Tire.
