Can you guys tell me who does custom turbo work? I have a 6.7 cummins with the stock he351ve and i want to use holsets next stage up which is also a vgt turbo. Its a he431ve. Basically the same thing but flows a little more. The vgt connector and shaft speed sensor plug right into to the factory connectors and it doesn't throw any codes but the compressor and turbine both measure 59mm as measured as close as possible with a digital caliper. I want a 66mm compressor and a 74mm turbine in it but we took it apart tonight and the compressor housing cannot be machined out enough to fit the 66. Can a hx50 compressor housing be used for that side? The exhaust side can be machined to 79-80mm maximum before its into the vgt system so with a 74 turbine that would leave me with 2mm or less on each side of the turbine. Is that enough? I've been asking everyone and no one seems to be able to help.
