Been away for awhile, but back with a question. The cup holder on my 2004.5 is filthy! I would love to run it through the dishwasher, but can't find an easy way to remove the holder. Any ideas?

 

4 hold down bolts one under top right cup holder rubber insert pull it out and theirs the bolt. then pull the long skinny insert located closest to the driver its were the transfer case shift lever goes if you truck isnt 4wd their are two found their. And last the upper left corner remove that rubber piece and take out that scew and the whole thing will come out.
