Stage 1 will handle: more power
Stage 2 will handle: even more power

John's stage 2 did 893 last year. I thought i heard his stage 3 would move even more. In my opinion, if you want more hp than that, I'd go dual cp3s.

He believes his stage 1 will do 600-650 based on flow tests. However, that has not been proven yet that I know of. He will be dynoing my truck later this week, but we're not sure if my turbo will support over 600hp. If it does, I'll post up results.

Not to be "smart" but I would get as much cp3 as possible. If you can afford a 2 or 3 go ahead and get that. A modded pump may make big numbers on a dyno and is certainly much, much better than stock but to get every available hp to the ground duals are king.

That bein said I will most likely run a modded pump just cause duals are so much $, unless I find that pot o gold I have been lookin for.

But what you have to remember is that the cp3 does not add power. It only supports the power adders you have. If all you need is a stage 2 to supply enough fuel to whatever mods you have, putting on dual pumps isn't going to gain you anything.

I guess what I am tryin to say is if you can get by on a stage one but got the funds for a stage 2 go ahead and get the stage two for the simple fact that most guys on here cant quit with the power. Oh sure you may only plan on 600hp but once you get there if you want to go for 700 a stage one aint gonna cut then you have to do things twice and I hate doin things twice.

Yeah, BUT you can't make power without the CP3, so the CP3 does make power HAPPEN. I am running the stock CP3, and running the rail dry. If I was not running the rail dry, I would be making more power, so

Yes. It is an addiction, and if that was your point, then I agree completely.

That's the same thing I just said.
