I've been running a Floor It Stage I on stock injectors for a week with great results. No #s yet but soon. It behaves just like the stock one till you put your foot in it. More power with less smoke and much lower egts.
The stock pump can't support the 04.5 injectors.

the tst will dry any stock pump. the less smoke does not make sense to me, more fuel ,same air should be more smoke.

When the pressure drops, the Computer will increase duration trying to get the fuel in the cylinder but it ends up being too late to completely burn so it smoke real bad and gets hot.

I would think the higher rail pressure helps with fuel atomization, also, which translates into a cleaner burn

What about the fuel system before the cp3? If that can't deliver enough fuel, all the injection pump in the world won't help.
