i was wondering if anyone on here know were to find a layout of a cp3. basically i was wondering wich inlet outlet i need to make a fitting for so i can bypass the stock filter can and go straight from my push pump to the cp3( with an inline filter) my canister or the pump on the back seems to be leaking pretty good so i need to bypass it and don't have access to any kit to do since the great three day weekend. so i am on my own

 

alright here is what i have done i took the two lines going to the filter can and cut them. the two pieces hangin off the filter got caps. and the two on the pump got rerouted, the one on top of cp3 i ran directly to my pusher pump w/inline filter the other one i "t" it into the tank return line on the frame. i don't know if this even close to the right way of going about this, but the truck fired right up and runs fine but the smoke is kinda murky if not mre white then black then i noticed on the way back home after the test drive it was pretty much all white. can some one jump in here and tell my to change it back imidiattly or it will fall apart, or say its ok or something.
why i was there i did do the cp3 mod exactly as said, don't if maybe that might be hit any help would be great

eric. i was out of town and no computer, so i didnt get your pm till this morning sorry.
the outlet of the filter canister is on the bottom of the can. follow that line to the cp3 the cp3 inlet will be on the top outboard of the pump.
