Anybody have any problems with them?

 

Theres been a few black screen and button issues.

 

I have not had any problems with mine. the only thing is that i can only monitor 5 peramitors and not all 7 like they say it does. It vary's with your truck year model and stuff. But other then that its awsome. I am glad i have it.

 

This is no longer an issue. They were problems in the beginning (I had both) but the newer units do not have these issues.

 

I've got the new one and it still has button issues (i'm on my scond or third one now).

Admittedly, I haven't sent this one back in hopes that there would be a revised design.

 

I guess I'm wrong. So what's the problem with your buttons?

 

It wont respond to them. I cleaned the contacts once, that helped the top button and the third one, but the rest didnt respond any better.

 

The reason I asked I have had 2 commanders sent to me I have had to send them back. Not Happy but their customer service is great. They have a back order on them so they are sending me a recon until the commanders come out.

The problems:
1st Unit kept freezing up and when I tried to down load the newer version didn't work even with their tech support.

2nd Unit does not leave the quadzilla main screen.

 

these days if you can find that good of cust service that is priceless. I've had no troubles at all

Its at the dealership finishing up a 6in lift. Cant wait its been at the body shop for 3 weeks then into the dealership after that. Get pics asap so far it looks sick

 

That depends on how many times you have to make trips to the post office an drop 15 bucks on shipping....I've owned three of thier products, and all three have been returned twice.
