I have the banks High ram. Faster turbo spool and a little more power increase is what I saw. The one in the link costs about 450 or so. Not worth it unless your over 500hp. I paid 265 for my Banks shipped

Does this serve the same function as say the AFE intake? God I hate being a Diesel technical ignoramous!!

No the AFE is your air intake (air filter to turbo) What they are talking about here is on the other side of the engine,

OOOOooh. I think I know exactly what piece you are referring to. What kind of advantages would the CFM give over stock operation. Obviously, I am over 700HP so I would definitely be interested in upgrading anything that will help performance!

Well,,, I personally dont have any experience with them,, but,, I have heard mixed reviews about them. I allmost think (and I could be reaching here) that maybe people that buy them really want to feel a difference, cause they just spent 300 bucks on it, if you know what I mean. But then again I could be wrong,, I probably am going to put one on,, if just for the astetics of it

I know what you mean. It is definitely good looking. But yes, after $300, you definitely want results!

I doubt the best of us with just basic power adders would see much difference at all. However trucks like D. Wiggs has may net a noticable gain since he has substantial airflow enhancements that would take full advantage of a higher flowing air horn...
