Carli front end in the works!

Finally got up the jingle to get the front end done on the truck and I'm pretty stoked. The steering (it's actually more like herding now) has gotten pretty miserable. Carli track bar, stabilizer and upper & lower ball joints and a BD steering box brace are all at the shop and the install will be done in about a week. I have to follow up with the shop and see if the lower ball joints were actually shipped. I'll post when the install is done and let folks know how it drives. Has anyone else gone this route?

Hopefully you got in on the new pricing for upper and lower bj's from Carli. $800/package.

You bet. I mentioned it to the shop and they honored the new pricing. And thanks for bringing it up as others may not know about the new pricing. The package price makes it a little easier to stomach. I just hope they live up to the hype. The shop says the uppers and lowers have shipped and are enroute. I'm not in the habit of making myself a guinea pig (regarding the lowers), but I'm not paying the labor twice. I have heard nothing but positive feedback regarding Carli's products and support so I believe I'll be okay.

I know they have barely been released, but has anyone got their hands on a set of the lower ball joints yet?

What shop are you getting that done at? I've got the upper Carli, but I'd like the rest of the stuff you're getting. What is the cost (PM me if you like).

Thanks!

cali ball joints

hey justenuff,
I just ordered upper and lower carlis for my 07 5.9 mega. I should get them in a couple of weeks and I'm curious to see howw you're truck drives with the other add ons. Mine handles good now, other than the ball joints, and if could handle better for a reasonable price that would be a bonus. P.s. I live in lake stevens, what part of wa are you from? Take care.

Down around Pacific County.

I'll post from the road after I get the goodies installed. I'll be on a 3500 mile road trip, pulling a trailer so it will be an excellent opportunity to see how well things work.

I'm doing the long travel airbags, spring packs and traction bars next. I get some wicked axle hop in mud and snow and it won't be long before I stab the driveline if I don't remedy that issue.

When it's all said and done I'll have the Carli 3.0 Dominator system, but like Johnny Cash did it: one piece at a time.
