I had a positive outcome with BD today,after reading your posts I didnt think it was possible.I recently bought a used powerpup on Ebay and when I tried installing it showed unknown vehicle so I called BD and sent it in with $100 to get reflashed, got it back same thing happened. Called them again they said it wouldn't work on my 05 so they are going to give me a new tripledog in exchange.Hope it works out.

i hope it works out also. my pup started causing problems tech support stated best thing to do was upgrade to a trpl dog, but would not trade or discount at all. then had a problem with download and said to heck with it. i no longer will trust a downloader. when i went back to stock for the last time, i did it just outside the service door at my friendly 5 star dealer. since then chips and boxes only, too much to go wrong. read other stories. mine was not bad just unsetteling. by the way my pup left something on the ecm that only a dealer reflash can get rid of. just one nagging code 0633 to deny warranty if i had any to use. but i have always been my own repair station.
