Exclamation Broken KMC XD Series Rockstars

My brother recently broke his second 20" Rockstar on his F-350 in only a couple months. Wheel Pros informed him they are having issues with the Rockstars on the big trucks, especially F-350s, and proceeded to replace all 4 of his wheels with a set of their new Revolvers in black. Just thought I'd pass on the info so you guys running the Rockstars can keep your eyes on them.

That's good to know Pauly! I do know first hand that the XD Hoss's seem to hold up pretty well... A couple weeks ago, I hauled a big load of firewood, and the rear axle weighed in at 8,600 lbs!

The Carli bags had 110 psi and the rear end was still lower than the front, but it rode great!

The F350's I had were designed to run hub centric rims. Most of the aftermarket rims I looked at were lug centric. If the rockstars are lug centric that may be the issue.

Pauly,

Do you have any problems clearing weights...even if they are double stacked with the 17's?

Clearing the calipers?

Could you measure the gap in front... min clearance on the wheels to caliper?

I would love to stay with 17's...but with the larger tire I am looking at...I need room for mucho balance weights.
