brite box and daytime running lights
brite box and daytime running lights
Hey guys,
Now that I'm putting all my "over the winter" purchased mods on, i'd like to get the brite box going as well. But I have daytime running lights on my CTD here in Canada. I understand that I need to use some diodes to cut the "triggering" power on the britebox line so it does not trip until something like 7 volts. Can't I use a simple 12v relay? Will it trip under 12v?
What line on the britebox do I need to tap into and add these diodes? I'm assuming I'll have to look and find the "high beam" line and then tap into the wire that is connected from it to the brite box.
Thanks guys.
